Leadership

Tim has a background in general contracting, service, and emergency medical care. He has served in various ministry leadership roles leading up to his call as Pastor of Lake Village Baptist Church in 2014. Tim has a passion for meeting needs in the community, and the church has experienced substantial growth under his leadership. 

Andrew Vaughn has been serving Lake Village Baptist Church as an Associate Pastor since 2023. He was raised in Lake Village and has served as a youth pastor for many years before he began to feel God's calling to a broader pastoral ministry. LVBC is thankful for Andrew's conviction to lead the church and to preach and teach the word of God.

Aaron has been working as a volunteer with the LVBC youth group since 2013, with a brief break while he completed his training to become a game warden for the Arkansas Game and Fish. He is a native of the area and loves investing in the spiritual growth of our church's youth.
